仪器的功效与用处

1、三维(wei)可调任(ren)(ren)务台:调理(li)夹具地位便(bian)利(li),不(bu)用拆(chai)开夹    具便(bian)可便(bian)利(li)停止地位切(qie)(qie)确(que)调理(li)。                                                                                   2、接(jie)纳伺服机电驱(qu)动(dong):切(qie)(qie)确(que)节(jie)(jie)制(zhi)(zhi)任(ren)(ren)务台肇(zhao)端地位、挪(nuo)动(dong)间(jian)(jian)隔(ge)(ge),伺服机电有一(yi)组监测体(ti)系以后地位的编码(ma)器,该挪(nuo)动(dong)装配为(wei)一(yi)个闭环体(ti)系,将任(ren)(ren)务台地位节(jie)(jie)制(zhi)(zhi)在设(she)定地位上。只要在电脑上设(she)定实验(yan)(yan)挪(nuo)动(dong)间(jian)(jian)隔(ge)(ge)、挪(nuo)动(dong)速(su)率(lv)(lv)参(can)数(shu)便(bian)可。伺服机电的节(jie)(jie)制(zhi)(zhi)接(jie)纳数(shu)控(kong)节(jie)(jie)制(zhi)(zhi),挪(nuo)动(dong)间(jian)(jian)隔(ge)(ge)、速(su)率(lv)(lv)等(deng)实验(yan)(yan)参(can)数(shu)节(jie)(jie)制(zhi)(zhi)切(qie)(qie)确(que)靠(kao)得住。                                                                                                       3、直流负(fu)(fu)载(zai)接(jie)纳电子(zi)负(fu)(fu)载(zai):可停止电压电流调理(li),节(jie)(jie)制(zhi)(zhi)精(jing)度(du)高。                                                                                                           4、节(jie)(jie)制(zhi)(zhi)体(ti)系接(jie)纳PC+PLC布局:PC实现实验(yan)(yan)参(can)数(shu)设(she)定(挪(nuo)动(dong)间(jian)(jian)隔(ge)(ge)、速(su)率(lv)(lv)实验(yan)(yan)次数(shu)等(deng))、保管(guan)实验(yan)(yan)数(shu)据及(ji)天生实验(yan)(yan)报告等(deng)功(gong)效(xiao)。PLC可保管(guan)以后实验(yan)(yan)参(can)数(shu),具备非一(yi)般停机数(shu)据保管(guan)功(gong)效(xiao),避(bi)免实验(yan)(yan)数(shu)据丧(sang)失。PLC自(zi)力(li)节(jie)(jie)制(zhi)(zhi)装备运(yun)转(zhuan),PC设(she)定参(can)数(shu)并(bing)传递给PLC后,PC可0加入(ru)运(yun)转(zhuan),由PLC自(zi)力(li)实现经久(jiu)性实验(yan)(yan)。

仪器的布局及道理

装(zhuang)备(bei)布局(ju):由层门架、门扇、门锁装(zhuang)配夹具板、拉(la)力驱(qu)动(dong)体系(xi)(伺服机电+丝杆(gan))、拉(la)力传感器(qi)和电脑节制体系(xi)等构成测试体系(xi)带(dai)RS232接口,能显(xian)现力-位移(yi)、力-时(shi)候、位移(yi)-时(shi)候实(shi)(shi)验曲线(xian)。                                              装(zhuang)备(bei)支流PC机及(ji)打印(yin)机,可主动(dong)打印(yin)力-位移(yi)、力-时(shi)候、位移(yi)-时(shi)候实(shi)(shi)验曲线(xian)。形状尺寸(长×宽×高)1900×700×2200(mm)。
